• Developer community access for research purposes
• Documentation and SDK friction analysis

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect participant privacy and confidentiality
• Honor all NDAs and confidentiality agreements

Service Guarantees

For Done-for-you services, we guarantee:

• Booked sessions with qualified participants matching your ICP
• Delivery of agreed-upon recordings and analysis
• Replacement of no-shows within reasonable timeframes

Note: We guarantee research delivery, not conversion lift or business outcomes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service type:

• Self-serve: Pay-per-use credits plus participant incentives
• Done-for-you: Fixed fee structure with clear deliverables
• Enterprise: Custom terms negotiated separately

Intellectual Property

Research insights and deliverables remain your property. DevScan.AI retains rights to our methodologies, tools, and aggregated anonymized data for service improvement.

Limitation of Liability

DevScan.AI's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-impact damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Completed work and payment obligations survive termination.
